Shipping policy

All sales are final – NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Please follow facility guidelines before ordering, as we are not responsible for returns or refusals. If your facility changes, you must inform us before we ship your order. If an order is returned due to a facility change without prior notification, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Refund & Chargeback Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and correctional facility requirements, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and verifying inmate/facility details before checkout.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges receipt responsibility and agrees not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes once an order has shipped. If an order is returned due to incorrect or changed facility information, a new shipping fee will apply.

Chargeback abuse and fraudulent disputes will be pursued and reported to the appropriate authorities and facility.
